Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Sun City Rejuvenation, we value your time and our team's commitment to providing exceptional care. To ensure we can continue offering timely appointments for all patients, we kindly ask that you provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

A $50 no-show fee will be charged for appointments that are missed without prior notice. This fee will be charged to the card on file provided at the time of booking.

A no-show is considered:

• Missing a scheduled appointment without contacting our office
• Canceling or rescheduling with insufficient notice
• Arriving too late to complete your scheduled service

3. Card on File Requirement

To secure your appointment, we may require a valid card on file. Your card will only be charged according to this policy if a cancellation or no-show fee applies.

4. Respecting Your Appointment Time

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If an emergency arises or you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to our team as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you whenever possible.
